How do I purchase a subscription?

Is there a free trial?
There is no a free trial, but there is a free (forever) plan that allows you to test out Data Fetcher with a limited number of runs/records per month.
Can I have a discount?
We do not offer discounts to any type of institution. We are a small team and would not be able to offer the level of support we provide at a lower price point.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payment and billing are handled securely using Stripe. Data Fetcher does not see or store your card information at any point.
What counts as a run?
Every time you run a request to import/ export some data, you use a run. If you run on multiple records/ pages, you will use more than one.Learn more
What counts as a response record?
When you run a request, Data Fetcher transforms the response into Airtable records using the response data transformation and response field mapping. The number of records after that transformation is how many response records are used, regardless of how many values actually get changed in Airtable.Learn more

One field in the response data that you map to an Airtable field. E.g., if you're on the Pro plan, every one of your requests can import up to 150 fields each time you run it.Learn more
