Add the Data Fetcher extension from the Airtable marketplace. Sign up for a free account in the Data Fetcher extension. Click the 'Upgrade' button on the Data Fetcher home screen. Select one of the pricing plans above and enter your payment details on the checkout page.

There is no free trial, but we do offer a free plan that allows you to test Data Fetcher with limited usage (100 runs and 10,000 response records per month). This free plan never expires.

We currently don't offer discounts as we aim to provide high-quality service and support at fair and sustainable price points for our small team.

Yes, you can change your plan whenever you want. To change your plan, sign in, select your workspace and click 'Change plan, payment card or view invoices'.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want. To cancel your subscription, sign in, select your workspace and click 'Cancel subscription'.

If you reach your monthly limit for runs or response records, you won't be able to run more requests until your limits reset at the beginning of your next billing cycle. Scheduled runs are paused when you hit your limit.

Yes. All payment and billing are handled securely using Stripe. Data Fetcher does not see or store your card information at any point.

A run is one API request. Each time you fetch data, it counts as one run. Running on multiple Airtable records or paginated data uses additional runs (one per record/page). Failed requests don't count toward your limit. Learn more.

Response records are the individual data items created when Data Fetcher transforms an API response for Airtable. Each item in the transformed response counts as one record, even if it doesn't change any data in your Airtable base. For example, 100 items from an API would count as 100 response records. Response fields are the specific data points you map from an API response to Airtable fields. E.g., the Pro plan allows you to select up to 150 individual fields to import per request. Learn more.
